1. 강제 추행 피고인은 2017. 8. 28. 15:30 경 창원시 의 창구 C에 있는 D 지점 주차장에서 평소 알고 지내던 피해자 E( 여, 48세 )를 만 나 자신의 F 에 쿠스 차량 조수석에 피해자를 태운 다음 갑자기 오른손으로 피해자의 왼손을 잡으면서 깍지를 끼고 이에 피해자가 뿌리치면서 거부함에도 “ 요기 요기, 니는 아직도 떽 떽 거리나, 땡 벌도 아니고 ”라고 하면서 피해자의 손을 5-6 회 잡아서 만지고, " 니 내랑 오늘 사랑하자, 오늘 못 보내준다 “라고 말하면서 피해자를 창원시 의 창구 G에 있는 상호 불상의 무인 모텔 주차장으로 데리고 가려고 하였으나 피해 자가 차량 열쇠를 돌려 시동을 끄고 차에서 내렸다.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victim.

2. On August 28, 2017, at the I real estate office located at the H of the window of Changwon-si, Changwon-si, the Defendant damaged the victim’s property in such a way as to eliminate approximately 1,050 telephone numbers of the victims stored in A5 mobile phones and to impair their utility in the victim’s Samsung Gallon ju, which the said victim had been rapidly unloaded from the Defendant’s vehicle on the same ground as paragraph 1.
