Purport of claim and appeal

The first instance court.

The grounds for appeal by the plaintiff who cited the judgment of the court of first instance are not significantly different from the allegations in the court of first instance, and even if the evidence submitted in the court of first instance shows the evidence submitted in this court, the fact-finding and judgment of the court of first instance are justified.

Therefore, the reasons for the entry of this case are as follows: (a) this Court shall accept the “this Court” in Part 3 of the first instance judgment in Part 20 as “court of the first instance”; and (b) each of the “appraisals” as “appraisals of the first instance judgment”; and (c) the “Establishment” in Part 8 of the first instance judgment in Part 3 is as the reasons for the first instance judgment, except for adding “(b)” to “the “Establishment” in the part 3 of the third part of the third part of the third part of the first instance judgment.

Therefore, the judgment of the first instance court is just, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit.
