A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

[2] On March 21, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Gwangju District Court on August 22, 2008, for the following reasons: (a) three months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny at the Gwangju District Court on January 14, 2009; (b) one year and two months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Gwangju District Court on January 14, 2011; and (c) one year and four months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Gwangju District Court on November 7, 2012 at the Gwangju District Court on April 16, 2014; and (d) one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor from the Gwangju District Court on January 27, 2017 to the Gwangju District Court on August 27, 2017.

[2] The Defendant, on July 3, 2018, up to 01:30 on July 3, 2018, up to 3,000, up to 2.10,00 won in total, the market price owned by the victim C, which is the aggregate of the market price owned by the victim C, on the 332 apartment complexes located in the Northbuk-gu, Gwangju.

In addition to the theft of a bicycle, the victim's property was stolen or attempted to steals on seven occasions from July 3, 2018 to August 1, 2018, including the theft of it.

Accordingly, the defendant habitually stolen another's property.
