A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 15, 2018, Defendant 603, Defendant 1: (a) reported 112 that a drunk on the front side of D, which was in front of the 16:01 on January 15, 201, 201, driven a fright at the street, and requested the Defendant to return home to the site by the police officer affiliated with the police box of the Gyeong Police Station E box of the Gyeongsan Police Station, who called to the site; but (b) did not hear the request, he/she would be subject to a disposition to notify the Defendant of the disturbance of drinking, such as continuing to bear the fright of drinking

In the case of death, violence was committed, such as taking a bath, drinking f's breast part on two occasions.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers on 112 report processing.

2. 2018 high group 1372

A. On March 18, 2018, the Defendant, at around 16:30, embezzled from possession, obtained a new card (H) in his/her wife F’s name that was lost by the victim G in the nearest area India of the Gyeongbuk Sports High School located in the Gyeongsan-si, Gyeongsan-si, G, but did not take necessary procedures, such as returning it to the victim, and embezzled him/her on his/her own idea.

B. On March 18, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Fraud and Credit Business: (a) presented a new card in the name of the F that he/she acquired, as stated in paragraph (a) to the Victim K, which is the owner of the business; and (b) took place as if he/she was the real right holder; (c) paid 43,000 won by the said new card; and (d) paid 1,333,000 won by the same method as indicated in the list of crimes, from that date to 18:41 on the same day; and (d) used the lost credit card.
