A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Embezzlements of deserted articles in possession;

A. On February 2015, the Defendant acquired one driver’s license, which was lost by the victim B, at a place where the Seoul Special Metropolitan City or lower location is unknown.

Defendant 1 did not take necessary procedures such as returning the above acquired property to the victim, but did so.

B. On May 8, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 22:00, at Lone Star Bank’s cash payment season located in 32-12, U.S., U.S., U.S., Dong-gu, U.S., U.S., and sought one copy of the credit card that is owned by the victim C.

Defendant 1 did not take necessary procedures such as returning the above acquired property to the victim, but did so.

As a result, the defendant embezzled the assets that have been separated from the occupation of the victims.

2. On May 9, 2015, the Defendant settled KRW 1,079,40,00 from that time on 12 occasions until the 13th day of the same month as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table, such as paying KRW 1,150, by completing the credit card of our bank, which is the C-owner, as one of its own, and paying KRW 1,000,079,40, in the middle of the 3rd period operated by the Korea Railroad Corporation operated by the Korea Railroad Corporation of Japan-dong-gu.

Accordingly, the defendant was informed of the victims and received property equivalent to the same amount.

3. The Defendant violated the Act on Specialized Credit Financial Business, at the time and place specified in paragraph 2. 3, used credit cards lost by settling KRW 1,079,40 on 12 occasions from that time to the 13th day of the same month, including paying for subway usage fees of KRW 1,150 with the above bank credit cards of the above bank C in the same manner as above.

4. On May 13, 2015, the Defendant purchased gold posts equivalent to KRW 885,000 at the market price at “E” stores located in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Jongno-gu, Seoul, and received a demand for presentation of identification cards from F, the main store of the store.
