A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On September 2014, the Defendant visited D in order to see the private house in the “E” operated by the Busan Northern-gu C, Busan, to view the private house, and thereafter became aware of D, and there has been a final contact.
