Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Around May 2017, the Defendant suspected that the victim D (at the age of 53) of a married couple(s) in the old and American-si B building and C had another male(s) met with the other male(s). On the other hand, the Defendant called “I wish to die” and threatened the victim with the gas sprayers, which is a dangerous object.
