A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 23, 2017, the Defendant, at around 11:00, damaged the reputation of the victim by openly pointing out false facts, on the following grounds: (a) the victim D corporation operating C did not have any omission of taxes; (b) the Defendant, at the second floor conference room, had public officials E, F, and C in the Do office of Jeonnam-do; (c) and (d) the first floor with C employees G, H, and nameless members; and (b) the Defendant, at the first floor, damaged the victim’s reputation by openly pointing out false facts.

However, in the second floor conference room, the Defendant damaged the victim’s reputation by publicly pointing out false facts.
