Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 03:20 on July 12, 2015, the Defendant met in front of the restaurant of “C” located in the Busan Eastdong-gu, Busan, and the victim D (24 years of age) was wraped with E. However, the Defendant inflicted an injury, such as shelshes around the snow where the victim could not know the number of days of treatment when the victim’s she was her hand when she was flicked.
