A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

On January 15, 2014, the Defendant: (a) filed a 112 report while participating in a dispute with C, who is a woman living together in the Defendant’s residence located in Suwon-gu B building 101, and was dispatched to the site on January 15, 2014; (b) the police officer affiliated with the Suwon-gu Police Station D Zone D Zone D, the Suwon-gu Police Station dispatched to the site, prevented the Defendant from exercising violence against E; (c) and (d) took a bath to E, such as “Is like imple, Ise, Ise, Ise, Ise, Ise, Ise.”

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted E, a police officer, to interfere with legitimate performance of official duties concerning prevention and suppression of E crime.
