Punishment of the crime

In 2016, the Defendant was a person who leased D commercial buildings in Yangsan-si, and the victim E (67) is the husband of the above C.

On December 22, 2016, at around 12:00, the Defendant assaulted the victim, such as the victim’s fating fat, leading approximately one minute of the size of fat at the front of the above building.
