1. The Defendants jointly provide the Plaintiffs with each money indicated in the “amount of damages” column in the annexed calculation sheet, as well as each other.

1. Facts of the dispute

A. The Plaintiffs are owners of each of the 109 units and 118 units of “C Apartment” constructed on both the lands A and B of the Gyeongsan-si. The Plaintiffs are the former generation in the instant case (hereinafter collectively referred to as “the former generation in the instant case”). Since the acquisition of ownership, they reside in the former generation in the instant case until the date of the closing of argument.

The club and sales contract date of the former generation of this case, and the registration date of ownership transfer shall be as specified in the following table:

On May 21, 2014, the Defendants are the project implementer who obtained approval for the construction project plan for the apartment of 225 units above the 15th floor above the ground on the 14,427.70 square meters of the P site in Busan-si (hereinafter “instant apartment site”) from the Simsan-si (hereinafter “instant apartment site”), and the Defendant Thai C&C Co., Ltd (hereinafter “Defendant Thai C&C”) entered into a construction contract with the Defendant Gosi-si and the construction company in charge of construction of the instant apartment site.

C. As to the approval of the project plan on the apartment of the instant case and the commencement thereof, 1) Geumst century Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Yst century Construction”).
