1. On April 15, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 21:30 on April 15, 2015, at the “E” point of the “E” point of the victim’s D operation in Tonsan-si C; (b) took place as if there was money; and (c) ordered the victim to be 17 bottles.
However, since the defendant did not have money from the beginning, there was no intention or ability to pay the money for the above beer.

As a result, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, obtained pecuniary benefits equivalent to KRW 136,00,00, from around that time to July 16, 2015, acquired financial benefits equivalent to KRW 1,144,500 in total of five times, as shown in the attached Table 1.
2. From April 22, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 12:40 on Apr. 22, 2015, thief had 200,000 won and two string cards, which were owned by the victim, using the gap in the calculation unit of the lab; (b) around 12:40 on Apr. 22, 2015, the victim, who was in possession of the victim.
As a result, the Defendant stolen the victim’s property from around that time to June 23, 2015, the total market price of KRW 2,390,000 was stolen over four times, as shown in the annexed crime sight table 2, as well as from around that time.
