1. The Defendant paid KRW 3,766,908 to the Plaintiff and KRW 5% per annum from January 28, 2011 to November 25, 2015.

1. Occurrence of liability for damages;

B. According to the above acknowledged facts, the defendant is liable to compensate the plaintiff for damages caused by the instant accident.
