Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On April 21, 2015, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant for commission of insurance solicitors (hereinafter “instant commission contract”) and was dismissed on December 3, 2015, when performing duties as an insurance solicitor.
B. 1) The main contents of the Insurance Business Guidelines, which are the criteria for the payment of fees included in the instant commission contract and the content of the contract, are as follows. Article 6 (Liability for Payment of Fees, etc. to Designer) (1) of the Insurance Business Guidelines set by the Company (hereinafter “Standards for Payment of Fees”).
