A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Although the Defendant was served with a notice of enlistment in the name of the director of the Daegu North Korean Military Manpower Office to be enlisted in active service on July 15, 2013 at his own house located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, and on September 306, 2013, the Defendant did not enlist without justifiable grounds until September 6, 2013 after three days from the date of enlistment.
