1. The Defendant: (a) from December 4, 2014 to Plaintiff A, KRW 110,00,00 for each of the KRW 110,00,000 to Plaintiff B and C, and each of them.

1. Basic facts

A. D completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to the share of 1/2 of E on August 19, 1965 (hereinafter the parcel number is only below the unit of Ri) during the 16,682 E on August 19, 1965, and the Plaintiff A completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to F.257 on the same day. Each of the above lands was finally modified as shown in attached Table 1 (the intermediate process of change was omitted) after changing the land category and lot number, dividing, changing administrative jurisdiction and converting the area into the unit of area (the intermediate process of change was omitted). The current ownership and use status of the real estate registration injury are as shown in attached Table 1.

(C) Nos. 1 through 5 (hereinafter referred to as “each land of this case”) shall be deemed “each land of this case” in the order of Nos. 1 to 5 (hereinafter referred to as “each land of this case”).

G basin, a national river, was respectively constructed by HH from June 1968 to July 1968 and from October 10, 1968 to December 12, 1968. Land 1, 2, and 3 in the instant case was incorporated into a river area through the determination and announcement of G river areas on November 16, 1968 as land (excluding land) located on the part of the river from G basin or bank, and land 4, 5 in the instant case was included in a river area from G bank or bank to the river area from the river area on the river.

C. On February 20, 1996, D died and jointly succeeded to D’s property, which is the wife J and its children. On November 23, 2006, J died and succeeded jointly to D’s property inherited by J.

A. Each of the instant lands asserted by the Plaintiff is either incorporated into the river area determined and publicly announced by the river area on November 16, 1968 or the land owned by Plaintiff D or Plaintiff A, the father of the Plaintiffs.
