Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the defendant B is above two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

【Defendant A was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. at the Daejeon District Court on January 14, 2016 and the judgment became final and conclusive on January 15, 2016.

【Defendant A: (a) induced Defendant B to purchase a sex by using the “YO Stockholm”, which is a part of smartphonephones, and suggested Defendant B to commit an act of thefting vehicles, etc.; (b) the Defendant B accepted this proposal and induced Defendant B to take the sex purchase to a female seat, and then had the key to the remaining part of the sex purchase between the sex purchase remainder and the shower; and (c) the Defendant A was waiting in the front part of the vehicle sent by the Defendant, with the key to the vehicle sent by the Defendant, and conspired Defendant A to commit an offense by driving a sex purchase vehicle by driving the vehicle with the key to the vehicle.
