3) Meanwhile, Plaintiff A and Plaintiff Social Welfare Foundation B (hereinafter “Plaintiff B”).
(3) The first project of this case is as follows: (a) the Construction of the General Welfare Center (project implementer and assistant project operator Plaintiff A); (b) the Construction of the Senior Medical Center for the Aged (the change from the Maritime Medical Foundation to Plaintiff B); and (c) the Construction of the Welfare System for the Aged Facilities for the Aged (the project implementer and assistant medical corporation to change from the Maritime Medical Foundation to the Maritime Medical Foundation); and (d) the Construction of the Welfare System for the Aged Facilities for the Aged Facilities for the Aged (the project implementer and assistant project operator to change from the Maritime Medical Foundation to the Plaintiff B); and (e) the Construction of the Welfare System for the Aged Facilities for the Aged (the project implementer and assistant project operator to the social welfare foundation to the Plaintiff B; hereinafter “Plaintiff B, etc.”).
