Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 02:30 on August 12, 2013, the Defendant: (a) on the instant bathing beach parking lot located in the Jeju-dong, Jeju-si; and (b) without the intent and ability to pay the rent, the Defendant: (c) obtained financial benefits by exempting the Defendant from paying KRW 11,040 for the taxi expenses.

2. 공무집행방해 및 상해 피고인은 2013. 8. 12. 04:20경 제주서부경찰서 E지구대 사무실에서, 벌금수배자로 체포된 사실에 불만을 품고 피해자인 위 지구대 소속 경사 F에게 “개새끼, 경찰서 보내면 너네는 되는 거야”라고 욕설을 하며 피해자에게 달려들어 주먹으로 피해자의 얼굴 부분을 수회 때리고, 이에 쓰러진 피해자에게 다시 달려들어 피해자의 얼굴 부분을 수회 때리고 발로 걷어찼다.

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the police officer's legitimate performance of official duties concerning the handling of report duties and the arrest of fine recipients, and at the same time, the Defendant committed an on-site care to the victim for about two weeks.

3. Around August 12, 2013, the Defendant was off and exposed to her sexual organ before a female police officer G was under his/her supervision, on the ground that he/she was at a criminal office and office of the Jeju Western Police Station, and at a criminal office and office of the Jeju Western Police Station.

Accordingly, the Defendant disclosed his sexual organ at an office with a large number of unspecified persons and publicly made obscene acts.
