Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who enters the Republic of Korea for the purpose of employment as a foreigner of the Republic of Korea of business B, and serves as a company member of the trade name in the Republic of Korea.

On March 4, 2017, around 20:10, the defendant assaulted the victim's face on the floor of hand on the ground that he was a matrimonial partner in the 992 Mandong Park(s) and the victim D (23 tax, female) who is a student is another male.
