The sentencing of the court below is too unreasonable.

Judgment

Although the amount of defraudation is so large, considering various sentencing conditions, such as the Defendant’s age, environment, motive for the crime, circumstances after the crime, and criminal records, including the fact that the Defendant has been sentenced to a fine due to the same kind of fraud and the criminal records of imprisonment, and committed each of the crimes of this case during the period of repeated crime due to the same crime, it is difficult to deem that the sentence imposed by the lower court is too too unreasonable.

Therefore, the appeal of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition.
