The defendant's KRW 11,536,00 for the plaintiff and the following shall be 5% per annum from September 25, 2015 to March 8, 2017.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff owned three-story buildings (hereinafter “instant building”) on the ground of Jeonju-si, Jeonju-si, Kim Slves, Trves roof, etc.

B. The Defendant Company was awarded a contract for the removal of the 5th floor building adjacent to the instant building (hereinafter “instant removal work”). The Defendant Company demanded D to perform the instant removal work with the head of the site office who is in charge of the instant removal work whenever there is any removal work. Since November 2014, D damaged the instant building on the ground that the remaining damage of the building was removed from the rooftop, roof, and outer wall of the instant building while performing the said construction work.

Specific damage details and expenses incurred in repairing them are as follows:

C. By December 31, 2014, D agreed to implement restoration work of the outer wall and inner wall of the instant building by December 31, 2014 to E, representing the Plaintiff, and to pay the KRW 10 million as compensation for nonperformance, but it did not comply therewith; however, D agreed to implement the said restoration work by January 31, 2015, but did not comply therewith.
