Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a factory called "F" in Gangwon Yangyang-gun E, and is engaged in food processing business.

No person who is engaged in food processing business shall store products, foods, or raw materials thereof, the distribution deadline of which expires for cooking and selling, or use such products, foods, or raw materials for manufacturing or processing food.

Nevertheless, the Defendant: (a) around 16:00 on November 23, 2016, 2016, made of flusium 7 glusium flusium and glusium 68 glusium 68 glusium (each 1.35 glusium 1.35 glusium), which passed by the distribution deadline in the above factory ( February 8, 2016).

6) By keeping foods in custody, it violated the code of practice of food processors.
