1. All appeals filed by the plaintiffs are dismissed.

2. The costs of appeal are assessed against the Plaintiffs.

(1) The part against the Defendants of the judgment of the court of first instance shall be revoked. (1) In the first instance, Defendant 1 shall pay to Nonparty 2 the amount of KRW 900,00,000 and the amount calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from the day following the delivery of the copy of the application for correction of the purpose of the claim of this case and the cause of the claim of this case to the day of full payment. Defendant 1 shall carry out the procedure for ownership transfer registration on the ground of the restoration of the true name with respect to the 60/100 shares among the buildings listed in the attached Table 2 of the judgment of the court of first instance, and Defendant 2 shall carry out the procedure for ownership transfer registration on the 35/100 shares of each of the real estate listed in paragraphs 1 and 2 of the same list as to the 35/100 shares of this case from the day following the date of delivery of the copy of the application for correction of the claim of this case to the day of full payment.
