Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for breach of trust on May 15, 2014 in Busan District Court and the judgment became final and conclusive on November 17, 2014.

1. On August 9, 2012, the Defendant concluded that the Defendant would make reimbursement without mold if he/she lent KRW 20 million to a credit business office near Ulsan-gu C building operated by the victim B.

However, even if the defendant borrowed money from the victim, he did not have the intent or ability to repay it.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received KRW 19,337,535 from the post office account (E) in the name of D on the same day.

2. On January 15, 2013, the Defendant concluded that if the Defendant additionally lent KRW 10 million to the victim at the same place, it would be repaid with the existing loan.

However, even if the defendant borrowed money additionally from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to repay it.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received KRW 9,540,548 from the said post office account in the name of D on the same day.
