Defendant
A, B, and D shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,00,000, and Defendant C shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,00.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant B and Defendant D’s co-principal wanted to open the gambling house together. Defendant D leased Nos. 1208 of the Dong-gu Gtel 1208 to be used as a gambling house, and Defendant B shared the role of soliciting those who were in common knowledge of peace to go to the gambling house.
The Defendants, from around 20:00 on August 2, 2013 to around 06:00 on the following day, have the above Gtel 1208 to be equipped with equipment for gambling, such as tables, cards, etc., and let four persons, such as the above C, engage in gambling, i.e., “biopic” and received 20,000 won per capita as a fee for providing heart names and places.
As a result, the Defendants conspired to open gambling houses for the purpose of profit making.
2. The Defendant played a role of “one-time tambts” by having H, who was stuffed at the same time and at the same place as the above 1. A, receive 10% interest, and lending 13 million won money.
Accordingly, the defendant assisted the opening of gambling.
3. Defendant B, Defendant C, H, I, and Defendant B’s co-principaled Defendants with nameless winners, together with C, H, I, and nameless winners, by using the date, time, place, and place indicated in paragraph 1(1)(a) of the above Article, and by using 52 copies of the card, the head of each per-person card who received a distribution of KRW 10,00 won, and then exchanged the card up to three times.
