Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On September 27, 2013, around 09:45, the Defendant: (a) provided gas to a gas station located in Seo-gu Busan, Seo-gu, Busan, and received cash receipts; (b) provided that it is difficult to issue cash receipts to the gas station office; and (c) provided that the victim D (the age of 23) took a bath to himself/herself; and (d) committed assault by the victim D (the age of 23) taking advantage of his/her desire, such as flick, flicking the sphere part of the victim once, flicking the spherb, and destroying the spherb.
