The grounds of appeal are examined.

Examining the evidence duly adopted and examined by the first instance court, it is justifiable to find the lower court guilty of the instant facts charged on the grounds stated in its reasoning.

In doing so, there is no violation of the rules of logic and experience and the principle of free evaluation of evidence or any violation of the rules of evidence, incomplete deliberation, and the legal principles on the intention and causation in the crime of injury.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
