Text
1. The Defendant North-west District Housing Association shall pay the Plaintiff 280,000,000 won with the interest of 24% per annum from May 1, 2016 to February 13, 2017, and 15% per annum from the next day to the day of complete payment.
2. Of the costs of lawsuit, the part arising between the Plaintiff and the Defendant North Korean territory housing association shall be borne by the Defendant North Korean territory housing association.
3. Paragraph 1 can be provisionally executed.
