1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from June 12, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

1. Indication of claim;

A. As of July 19, 2014, the Plaintiff determined and lent KRW 20 million to the Defendant as of July 18, 2015.

B. In addition, the Plaintiff jointly and severally guaranteed the Defendant’s debt of KRW 10 million borrowed from C as of July 19, 2014, and upon the Defendant’s failure to repay it thereafter, the Plaintiff repaid KRW 10 million to C as of January 30, 2015 and KRW 5 million on March 29, 2015.

C. Therefore, the Plaintiff filed a claim against the Defendant for the payment of damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum as stipulated in the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the day following the delivery of the copy of the complaint of this case to the day of complete payment, including the amount of KRW 20 million and the amount of KRW 10 million for reimbursement following the performance of the above guaranteed liability.
