Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 22, 2017, around 21:20, the Defendant was provided with D’, as if the victim C was able to pay the price, in the “D” operated by the Busan Jin-gu, Busan.

However, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to pay the price even if he received drinking and food from the victim because he had no money during the time.

The Defendant was provided by the victim with a 16,000 won in total as well as a 1main and 2 disease.

The defendant was granted property by deceiving the victim.
