Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On February 9, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Daegu District Court for a false accusation, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on October 27, 2017.

On May 18, 2011, the Defendant appeared as a witness on the date of the fourth public trial in the case of the Defendant’s violation of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, Etc. (Defamation) against the Defendant C at the above court in Busan District Court No. 304, 2011 High Court 127, 201 High Court 415 (Joint).
