[2016 Highest 1239] - Defendant A around 09:03 on May 6, 2016, while he/she had a dispute with the victim J, which was known to his/her usual city at the X restaurant located in Ulsan-gu W, Ulsan-gu, U.S., he/she collected the disease, which is a dangerous object, and collected the victim's face by taking it out in his/her hand, and caused the victim to undergo approximately two weeks of treatment.

1. 도박장소개설 - 피고인 B, C 피고인 B, 피고인 C은 D 등 도박참가자들로 하여금 화투 20장을 사용하여 화투 5장을 1패로 3개의 패를 바닥에 깔고 도박참가자들이 각 패에 액수불상의 돈을 걸고 5장의 화투패 중 3장의 수를 합하여 끝수를 10의 배수로 맞춘 다음, 나머지 2장의 화투패 숫자를 더해 숫자가 높은 쪽이 승하는 소위 ‘도리짓고땡’이라는 도박을 하게 하면서, 끝수가 9가 되거나 같은 숫자가 되는 경우 1~2만 원을 소위 ‘데라’ 명목으로 취득하거나 각종 심부름의 대가로 1~2만 원을 취득하는 방법으로 도박장소를 개설하기로 하였다.
