A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Motor vehicles violating the Motor Vehicle Management Act shall be operated by the owner of the motor vehicle or the person entrusted with the operation of the motor vehicle;

Nevertheless, at around 19:12 on November 15, 2016, the Defendant operated a motor vehicle without being delegated with matters concerning the operation, etc. of the motor vehicle by D Co., Ltd., a motor vehicle owner, on the front of Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, without being delegated with matters concerning the operation, etc. of the motor vehicle. From around that time to July 18, 2019, the Defendant operated the said motor vehicle without being delegated with the matters concerning the operation of the motor vehicle by the motor vehicle owner as indicated in the following crime list:

A. On November 15, 2016, around 19:12, 2016, the road in front of the Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun C, Seoul-do, on April 19, 2018, in front of the “G” located in the F of the Southern-gun, Chungcheongnam-do on April 19, 2018, around 06:48, around 18:40, July 18, 2019.

2. Where a motor vehicle registration license plate violates the Motor Vehicle Management Act and uses air illegally due to illegal use of the motor vehicle registration license plate, no one shall unlawfully use the registration license plate under the Motor Vehicle Management Act;

Nevertheless, around 18:40 on July 18, 2019, the Defendant used air illegally for the purpose of using the said vehicle by attaching B’s registration number plate on the front part of the said vehicle on the I front road, and at the same time exercising it. 3. On July 18, 2019, the Defendant exercised air units operated in approximately 2 km from the Do in front of the “I” restaurant to the front part of the Yongsan Park in the same city-dong.
