On August 13, 2013, at around 22:56, the Defendant driven a BM5 vehicle owned by the Defendant in the state of approximately 9 km from the street in front of the roadside branch of Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the street in the same city between 75 and 0.114% of the blood alcohol concentration.
