Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On July 11, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months in Seoul Southern District Court due to property damage, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence on February 1, 2014.
around 18:00 on February 20, 2014, the Defendant: (a) committed the fact in the second floor “Chp” located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, as if he/she had an intention or ability to pay the price, and (b) took place as if he/she had an intention or ability to pay the price; (c) ordered the victim D to do so by making an order with the victim D to do so with the amount of KRW 23,00,000 as a sum of KRW 23,00,000, and received alcoholic beverages from the victim D.
On March 9, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 00:15, 2014, on the part of the victim F’s “Ghop” located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, provided alcohol and alcohol from the victim; (b) but (c) did not have the intent or ability to pay the price; and (d) did so as to have the victim’s intent or ability to pay the price; and (c) was provided with alcohol and alcohol equivalent to KRW 65,00,000 in total; and (d) did not pay the price, and thereby, acquired pecuniary benefits equivalent to the said amount.

1. On March 24, 2014, at around 00:40, the Defendant acquired alcohol equivalent to KRW 39,000 at the market price, such as 1 disease, 1 disease, and 1 week, from the victim H, by providing the victim H with alcoholic beverages equivalent to KRW 39,000 in the market price, although the facts at the main point of “Jp” located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I had no intent or ability to pay the price.

The Defendant, at around 03:00 on March 24, 2014, committed the fact at the main point of “Mhop” located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government L as if the Defendant had the intent or ability to pay the price despite having no intent or ability to pay the price. The Defendant obtained the victim K with alcohol equivalent to KRW 50,000 at the market price, such as 9 illness, 1 week, etc.
