Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On May 15, 2016, the Defendant, without obtaining a bicycle license for a motor motor device, driven B-wheeled a section of approximately 1.5 km from the street in front of the upper wing-dong in Seoul, Jung-gu to the front road of about 287-9, Jung-dong 287-9.
