A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who has been in charge of business affairs at “C” as the main wholesale company in the operation of the Victim B.

On June 10, 2016, the Defendant received an order for Section 480 from the victim in the “C” office located in 504 of the Do Government-si D Building.

After making a false statement, I would like to put the note in E, “A request telephone,” and, using the text form stored on the above office computer, I would like to prepare a false order form stating the order quantity in I.T.Y. 28 of the original unit 28 and 551.5 km, I would like to forward it to E (the representative director F) the original processing company.

However, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to receive the original cost from other companies because he did not receive the original order from other companies, and the above order was falsely prepared by the defendant, and from the beginning, the defendant did not think that he prepared the original part of the above order was delivered to the original part of the month which he prepared without the intention to send it to the original part of the original part of the above order as the place of destination.

The Defendant: (a) deceiving the victim as above; (b) ordered the victim to place an order of the amount equivalent to KRW 1,875,000 at the market price on the “E” on the same day; and (c) obtained the delivery of the above original group from the “E” to acquire the profits equivalent to the same amount; and (d) obtained the financial profits equivalent to KRW 32,506,000 at a total of four times from June 10, 2016 to July 13, 2016, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Form.
