Punishment of the crime

On February 12, 2020, the Defendant assaulted “C” located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on February 23:37, 2020, and “A” on the 112-report, that “A sound contesting male and female, China,” which was sent to the site, with the wheels of E one time to remove from E who was a policeman belonging to the Yeongdeungpo-gu Police Station D District Unit of Yeongdeungpo-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, which was dispatched to the site.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers concerning the handling of 112 reported cases.
