Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of two years and ten months.

2. On February 7, 2012, between 02:00 and 06:00, the Defendant habitually stolen: (a) at the first floor parking lot of the building C in Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju; (b) at the victim’s E-car in the same manner as the victim’s paragraph (1); (c) entered the said car into the said car, and (d) took one Samsung Nompt North Korea, the victim’s market value at an amount equivalent to KRW 600,000,000, and stolen it from that time until March 26, 2014.
