1. The instant lawsuit shall be dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

On October 10, 2019, pursuant to Articles 117(1) and (2) and 120 of the Civil Procedure Act, the court ordered the Plaintiff to deposit KRW 13,200,00 for the Defendant within 14 days from the date of receipt of the notification of the decision. The above decision to provide security was served on the Plaintiff on October 22, 2019 and confirmed on October 30, 2019, and the fact that the Plaintiff did not provide security under the above decision to provide security even until the instant decision was rendered with the maximum period of provision of security, is apparent or clearly recorded in this court.

Therefore, the plaintiff's lawsuit of this case is dismissed in accordance with the main sentence of Article 124 of the Civil Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition.
