1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiffs are children of the deceased D (E) and the deceased F (hereinafter referred to as “the deceased” in the event that the combination of the deceased D and the deceased F). The Defendant is a dentist who operates an I Dental Hospital on the fourth floor of the H building in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”).
