1. The Defendant’s KRW 80,000,000 and its amount are 5% per annum from August 11, 2010 to March 26, 2014 to the Plaintiff.

Basic Facts

A. The Defendant entered into a contract for design, construction and supervision as follows with respect to the Maamdo Reservoir Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Domination”), Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Domination”), Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Stru”) (hereinafter “Stru”), the Plaintiff, Cable Construction Co., Ltd. (Seoul District Court Decision 2009 Mohap15) on May 6, 2009. The following Cable Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Cable Construction Co., Ltd.”) as follows:

(1) On December 3, 2001 from May 24, 2001 to October 23, 2001, the Plaintiff and the rehabilitation company (joint supply company) entered into a contract for construction works on December 26, 2001. The Plaintiff and the rehabilitation company (joint supply company) entered into a contract for supervision services for 730 days after the beginning of the first 365th day after the beginning of the 365th day on December 26, 201, the total contract amount of the beneficiary (the original contract amount) contract period (the original contract amount) contract period (the original contract amount).
