Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a two-wheeled vehicle B CA100.

On October 14, 2019, the Defendant driven the above-wheeled vehicle on October 14, 2019, and turned down the four-lane road in front of the Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, along the three-lane distance from D to the sub-village.

Since there are crosswalks where signal lights are installed on the front door, there was a duty of care to reduce speed and to check the front door well for the person engaged in driving service, and to prevent accidents in advance by safely driving according to the traffic signal.

Nevertheless, even though the Defendant neglected this and the signal was changed to the stop signal of the vehicle, the Defendant received the left-hand side of the victim E (the age of 67) who cross the crosswalk from the right-hand side to the left-hand side of the crosswalk in accordance with the victim E-(the age of 67) by negligence, in violation of the signal.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as salt, tension, etc. in need of treatment for about three weeks by occupational negligence as above.
