A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 11, 2017, the Defendant abused the victim by means of assaulting the victim, i.e., taking the victim’s face face with the left drinking, and taking part in the contact with the victim, who is an employee of Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, the Defendant inflicted an injury on the victim, such as dynasium and tension that requires approximately two weeks of care on the part of the victim.
