Punishment of the crime

At around 03:40 on May 24, 2014, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim at the C main station located in Suwon-gu, Busan, and reported 112 to the Defendant and D, a police officer belonging to the Busan Southern Police Station E-gu, Busan, on the job where there are many unspecified customers and the owners and employees of the said main station, and openly aggravated the victim by referring to the following: (a) on the job where there are public officials who have to do so; (b) on the job where there is a large number of customers and the head and employees of the said main office; (c) on the job where there is the victim, and (d) at around 04:01 on the same day, the Defendant was arrested as a flagrant offender at the Busan Police Station E-gu, Busan, Busan; and (d) on the job where there was an assault against the witness and the police officer of the above case, and (d) on the job where there was a 20 minutes of the police.”
