A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 23, 2010, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “The Dong Sea Game Co., Ltd. will supply 50,000 won to the victim E for a common cause of 1.25 million won per common time.”

However, even if the defendant received the above money without any property or income at the time, he was planned to use it as gambling funds, and there was no intention or ability to supply the game machine normally.

On January 23, 2010, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim; and (b) received from the victim the transfer of KRW 20 million to the bank account under the name of the Defendant; (c) KRW 10 million to the same account on February 9, 2010; and (d) KRW 40 million to the same account on February 17, 2010.

2. On February 2, 2010, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “The Defendant would supply 40 game machines on deposit account of KRW 15 million to the victim G at the fourth floor office of the F building in the Chuncheon-si.”

However, even if the defendant received the above money without any property or income at the time, he was planned to use it as gambling funds, and there was no intention or ability to supply the game machine normally.

On February 3, 2010, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, received KRW 6 million from the victim to the bank account under the name of the Defendant on February 3, 2010, KRW 2.5 million with the same account on February 4, 2010, KRW 1.5 million with the same account on February 5, 2010, and KRW 5 million with the same account on February 13, 2010 and KRW 15 million with the same account on February 13, 2010.

3. On February 6, 2010, the Defendant: (a) at a mutually infinite coffee shop located in Chuncheon-si, Chuncheon-si, the Defendant has high level of mechanical value for the victim H because of the crackdown.

40 game machine will be supplied in low-sea and low-sea speed if the down payment of KRW 10 million is paid.
