A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 10, 2015, at around 01:25, the Defendant returned home while driving a hull (awal direction) located in Jinju-dong at Jinju-si, and found the victim D (22 years old), who was waiting to sit down on the road near the road at Singing-si, and tried to rape the victim’s body by burning the victim on his/her vehicle, and leaving him/her into his/her drones.
