Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Records] On July 6, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of four months by imprisonment with prison labor for an injury at the Incheon District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on July 14, 2018.

[Criminal facts]

1. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;

A. On December 15:10, 2017, the Defendant operated a plastic house in the vicinity of the C, the Defendant: (a) placed a view that the distribution of compensation for the expropriation of neighboring land is unfair to E, who is the head of the village, at a time near the above domicile; (b) obstructed the passage of the above E driver’s 10 minutes road; (c) opened the front thereof on the 10 minutes road; and (d) obstructed the passage of the vehicle by launching the above vehicle driver by generating the above vehicle driver for about 30 minutes.

Accordingly, the defendant was lying, sitting or standing on the road in a manner likely to obstruct traffic.

B. On February 22, 2018, at around 12:00, the Defendant: (a) 2 meters wide-distance roads connected to G operation in the vicinity of the above address; (b) turned off the Defendant’s opening and tight G with an Aluminium pipe, and (c) obstructed the passage of other vehicles, i.e., the Defendant 15 minutes of the above road.

Accordingly, the defendant was lying, sitting or standing on the road in a manner likely to obstruct traffic.

2.
